We are, as women, so inclined to say, "Yes". Why? 

How can we learn to say, NO? 

How do we bring self-love into our lives?

We live our chaotic lives through the lens of social media and so many external pressures and this has caused us to lose the true connection to ourselves and our core authenticity. Our TRUTH.

We judge ourselves hard. Sometimes harder than others might be doing it.
